Fatigue, Job Insecurity and Intrusive Surveillance: Commonwealth Code Introduces New Workplace Mental Health Risks


The Australian Government has updated its workplace health and safety codes, introducing three emerging psychosocial hazards—fatigue, job insecurity, and intrusive surveillance—to protect and prioritise workers’ mental health.
